At the Aiyanna Wellness Spa, we provide a tranquil and lovely atmosphere for your spa experience. Our highly experienced & professional staff members are caring & attentive to your needs.

 

Below are our Spa Policies to help you get the most from your time at Aiyanna.

 

Spa Policies

 

Credit Cards:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are accepted, as well as Venmo, cash or check. We do not accept Spa-Finder or internet spa coupons, unless they have been issued by Aiyanna Wellness Spa.

 

Pregnancy:

We would love to be a part of your journey to motherhood and help you relax or relieve any discomfort. Please let us know how far along you are so we can use best and safe practices for your massage.

 

Appointments:

To schedule an appointment, call or text 208.263.3211.  You can also book appointments online through the Vagaro app or online through our website.

 

Pre-booking appointments is recommended. We are open 6 days a week with extended evening hours when requested ahead of time for your convenience.  Some special offers have space limitations, so we encourage you to book quickly when specials are announced.

 

All services require a credit card on file to reserve an appointment. The Aiyanna Wellness Spa reserves the right to refuse service.

 

Cancellations:

We require a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid charges. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your service, you will be charged a 50% service fee. No Shows incur a 100% service fee. Spa parties and large groups greater than 6 require a 48 hour cancellation notice.

Spa Etiquette

 

Gift Certificates:

The Aiyanna Wellness Spa offers gift certificates for most services and spa packages. Gift certificates for services expire 5 years from date of purchase. Cash Value gift certificates never expire.

 

GC’s can be transferred to another person, but they are non-refundable. You must bring in your gift certificate when receiving your service to redeem it. Purchase a Gift Certificate online.

 

Spa Parties:

Require a minimum of 4 people. Reservations must be secured in advance with a credit card. You will be charged for the number of guests that are booked 48 hours in advance of the party. If a guest needs to cancel, please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged. If your guest list drops below the 4 person requirement, you will still be charged for 4 participants. Non-alcoholic beverages and food are permitted.

 

Children:

Aiyanna Spa is a serene place for you and other guests to escape and unwind. We know young children want to experience the spa just like you, but unfortunately we do not have an environment suited for young children.

 

Those over 12 can receive full length services, but anyone under 18 will need a parent or guardian in the room at all times. If you are unable to stay for your child’s service, we will need to reschedule your service and you will be charged 100%.


Children need to be attended by an adult at all times and reminded to respect the relaxation of the other guests around them. Children are only allowed in the spa if they are receiving services to respect the relaxation of other guests.

 

Arrival:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

 

Cell Phones:

Turn off your phone or switch to silent mode. No cell phone use in waiting area.

 

Valuables:

Please leave valuables at home. Aiyanna is not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

 

Conversation:

We appreciate your consideration of other spa guests by holding conversations in a quiet spa voice. This ensures everyone has a relaxing rejuvenating time.

Clothing:

Undress for body treatments. The therapist will keep your body draped and only expose body parts being worked on. If it makes you more comfortable, a swim suit or under garments can be worn during treatments.

 

Communication:

Relax and let the therapist or technician know of any special needs during your treatment. This includes pressure, comfort, or any parts of your body you want focused on or that you don’t want worked on.

 

Feedback: 

We LOVE feedback about your spa experience.  Feel free to communicate to your service provider, receptionist, or to the management. We want you to have the best spa experience possible. 

 

Gratuity:

Gratuity is not included for spa services, including Spa Parties and is typically added. Our goal is to provide you with excellent service and gratuities are always appreciated. The typical amount to tip is 20% of the cost of the service.
